When you order licenses together with associated hardware, the licenses are emailed out on the date the phyical kit ships.
When you order stand-alone licenses or renewal licenses, they take 2 working days to arrive (often less than that).

Don’t worry! When the expiration date arrives, your organisation goes into a 30 day ‘Grace Period’ during which everything carried on working. But you may well be plagued with reminder messages. If you haven’t renewed by the time the Grace Period ends, then, yes, the network will stop working. Contact us if this is your situation. We CAN help get you back up, or get you a couple more days.
