Meraki Hardware & Licences come directly from Meraki’s EMEA Headquarters in Netherlands.
Some popular Meraki hardware items are also stocked by our three UK distributors; that stock is available for UK customers only.

The only non-Meraki we sell are Meraki-specific accessories, such as 19″ rackmounting cases from Rackmount, Compatible SPF fibre modules from FS and Access Point covers from Cover & Hyde

All new Cisco and Meraki orders submitted for hardware, and any attached software, are non-cancellable and cannot be modified starting 45 days prior to the current estimated ship date. Meraki license-only orders are not impacted by this policy. Non-cancellable orders are not eligible for RMA credit and are not eligible for an RMA exception.

This is Cisco’s policy which we have to follow. Sorry!

It takes Cisco anywhere up to 72h to process licenses. Our current license turnaround is about 1/2 day.
If it were in our hands you would have it immediately.

1) Has the license expired already, and you’re already in the 30 day Grace Period, which is going to expire tomorrow/v. soon;
or
2) Is the license going to expire tomorrow/v. soon?

If (1) you need to contact Meraki support, and tell them you have ordered a renewal which has not yet arrived and they will extend your grace period.

If (2) you have no need to worry.

You can add any Meraki kit to your Meraki Dashboard and use it at ‘Enterprise’ (basic) level for 30 days. That is called the ‘Grace Period’.

After the Grace Period the whole Dashboard of kit (your network) will stop working, so you need to remove any unlicensed kit and/or buy licenses to be compliant again.

There are three main license types: co-termination, per-device, or subscription.
You can view your current license type in the Meraki Dashboard under Organization > Configure > License info

We deliver throughout the UK and Europe.

UK orders are fulfilled from stock already landed and duty-paid in UK.
Mainland Europe orders are fulfilled from Cisco in Netherlands.

More precisely, the list is current 27 member states of the European Union and the European Free Trade Association (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland), as well as Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican City, and the United Kingdom (including Gibraltar and the British Isles).
